Another time change this morning. From Daylight Savings to Standard time. We find it fairly difficult to keep abreast of what time it really is when you seem to always be changing zones! Our bodies do not seem to change according to the times. We were up at 4:30AM this morning as we have had 2 hours change in the last two days, and our bodies still seem to think it is 6:30AM!
However, we think today as the best day of our vacation so far!!! Weather perfect, 80 degrees, no wind, just a short leisure drive down the Natchez Trace at 50 MPH for 85 miles. Beautiful scenery, little traffic, and a great RV Park right on the Mississippi River, What more could you want!! To get to the park it is necessary to cross the Great Mississippi River Bridge at Natchez and on into Vidalia Louisiana, as the RV park is on the west side of the river, and the state border between Mississippi and Louisiana is down the center of the river. Checked into Riverview RV Park and Resort.
It is a Passport America Park where members like us, get 1/2 price overnight rates, so $17 looks pretty good. This is the park that I had signed up last year for the Passport America Discount Club. Now it is one year later, so I paid for another year for $44. We have not used these parks very much, but it is still a good deal. All members get 1/2 price rates, but do have some stipulations, like the rates do not apply on week-ends and usually only for a 3 day stay. But even with those terms we more than pay for the yearly subscription.

Another moving day so moved on to Clinton, Mississippi, to the Spring Ridge Estates RV Park. Crossed out of Alabama and into Mississippi .
It was another nice easy days drive down Interstate 20.
Had reserved at Spring Ridge RV Estates. Another very nice Park with paved pads and all the amenities. If a person had the time, a longer term stay would certainly be acceptable here.

Left Lookout Mountain RV Park and drove west along Hiway Interstate 20 for a couple hundred miles. Moved from just outside Chattanooga to outside Tuscaloosa at Sunset Travel Park. Today was uneventful with just driving down a heavily traveled interstate. 20 miles after we left we changed states from Georgia to Alabama, and also changed time zones from Eastern to Central, so we gained one hour. Our route took us around the south side of Birmingham on route 459, a busy highway with 4 and 5 lanes each way, but well signed, and no issues at 60 MPH.
Arrived early in Tuscaloosa Alabama and checked into Sunset RV Park on the outskirts.
